Founded in 1981 with a small building of 250sqm, today ALFATEX is a consolidated reality on an area of 13,000sqm of which 4,000sqm are covered in the San Fabiano industrial complex.
Our production serves the market for Rachel looms, Non-Woven and TNT, working from 80 to 1700 threads on all types of synthetic fibers. The company has consistently invested in technology, moving from the first plant of the 1980s to the current 8 computer-controlled Warping machines.

Production Departments
Direct Warping
We work with Nylon 6 and 66, Polyester, Coated elastomers. Titrations from 17 dtex to 1000 dtex. Beams from 21" to 44" up to 1700 threads.
Internal laboratory with electronic Aspino and Mesdan Lab software. Titration analysis and detailed reports (ISO 2060). Execution of dyeing tests and thermal fixing with Mathis Labomat equipment.

Yes, the departments are air-conditioned/heated with a constant humidity of 65% and an ambient temperature of 21°, conditions required to allow for proper processing of the yarns. Yarns stored outside are kept inside a few days before processing.
Yes. We have about 2,000 beams of our own, which can be used if necessary for third-party processing, subject to availability.
Yes, all goods are covered by a specific insurance policy against theft and fire. Additionally, the entire production complex is protected by perimeter alarm systems, video surveillance, and nighttime monitoring by the designated security institute.
Yes. In line with our commitment to sustainability, we have a charging station with 3 stalls for free use, reserved for customers, visitors, and employees.
Each customer is guaranteed a storage quantity equal to at least double the monthly orders. Example: 40,000 Kg of warping requests per month = 80,000 Kg of stock available for the customer.
